I agree with you. Somebody needs to tell them that actions speak louder than words. How many meetings have they had to discuss solutions to climate change already? It doesn't seem like much has changed...

A few weeks back Japan said that they were going to aim to cut emmissions by 11%, and the UN accused them 'of not trying hard enough'. The truth is that 11% is a hell of a lot more realistic than what other leading nations are aiming for.

11% is still pretty good I think too. Maybe the UN wants them to cut emissions 100% lol.
